It is a well written descriptive reflection on learning from the gender workshop. He appreciated the efforts of the course facilitator and what he got from the workshop. But what lacks in it is the reflection portion.
Yes I know it is lacking but the overall insight he gained from the workshop is portray in his reflection.. You know reflection is a complex process and they were are well aware the process of reflion.
